‘Wild Mustangs’
(Personal project)
Wild Mustangs’ is a personal project, that came about as I was looking to challenge myself! Specifically I’d been struggling with backgrounds and horses, so I figured why not try to do both.
As I design, illustrate and animate, I try to portray both the comedic and dramatic moments of what life as a wild mustang must be like! This is anything from daily life in a herd, to facing dangerous wildlife or sometimes even other stallions.
The horse designs all start out as randomly generated realistic horse genetics, that I then apply character traits to, and write to have stories and relations to other members in their herd.
